In this innovative world Mamta Urology Centre has active laproscopic surgery wing which provides endless scope for surgery & modified stone management system so that the patient is stone free in a short & single admission & get discharged within three days. The centre aims at the total clearance of stone through most suitable & minimum invasive treatment. This is possible either through ESWL, URS & PCNL. Mamta Urology Centre constantly tries to conquer the battle for patients against the many urological conditions by performing various urosurgeries.

Management for the urinary stones:
Stone disease is a very common problem all over the world. Majority of the stones can be managed by lithotripsy and endourological procedure without doing open surgery.

A method of treating kidney and ureteric stones without surgery, using the latest lithotriptor-  Dornier Sigma . One of the best machines available in the world.

Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy:

A small (less than 1 cm)  hole is made on back and a with a endoscope (nephroscope) stone is fragmented and removed safely. Major advantage is far less pain in comparison with conventional open surgeries, there are no obvious scars and recovery time is less and patient can get back to light work within a week.

Flexible ureteroscopy:

A flexible scope is passed through the urethra, up the ureter in to the kidney and stones are removed after breaking into smaller pieces by laser. Generally patients are discharged same day.

Endoscopic surgery:

All types of Endourological surgeries (surgery through a telescope, which does not require open procedures) for treatment of prostate (TURP), bladder cancers (TURBT), urethral strictures, kidney and ureteric stones (PCNL & URS) are done routinly. Mamta hospital offers all kinds of laparoscopic surgery for urological disease. The major advantage is less pain, small scar or no scar, early discharge and early return to work.

Prostatic surgery:

Men after the age of 50 years suffer from urinary problems like going to toilet frequently, poor control of urine or difficulty in passing urine etc. this is normally due to the enlargement of the prostate, which can be removed safely by minimally invasive endoscopic method, which is far better than conventional  open surgery

Mamta Hospital has setup for advanced urodynamic studies , which help in diagnosis and management of  all types of urinary incontinence and in patients having neurological bladders.

For various malignant conditions in urology, we have oncologists entirely dedicated to managing cancers in urology.

Uro-gynaecology unit has been set up to deal with the distressing problems of urinary incontinence. Woman will be offered uro-gynaecological examination, urodynamics, pelvic floor exercises and in the selected cases surgeries for incontinent patients like TVT will be performed. Other urinary problems like urgency can be investigated and treated with minimally invasive methods.

Pediatric urology:

Childrens suffer from various urological problems, which needs investigations. Most of the problem again can be managed by endoscopic and laparoscopic methods.
